I use the chicken thighs because I prefer the dark meat but you can use chicken tenders too

Instructions
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken and shredded it.
Add water and glucomannan to a small container and whisk until it’s fully combined.
Add the thickening agent to the liquid mixture in the slow cooker.
Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and cook it on high for about 10 more minutes.
Allow it to cool slightly before serving it.
