Set aside to restIf you’re not allergic to egg whites skip the flax and use 1 large egg
1 1/2TMelted Butter
2tspsweetenergranulated
3TAlmond Flour
1/4tspBaking Powder
1Egg Yolk
2Theaping Mexican Blend Cheese
1Tchopped Pickled Jalapeños
15 -20drops Cornbread Flavoring
Extra cheese for sprinkling on waffle maker
Instructions
Mix everything together. Let rest for 5 mins. Add 1 T of water or HWC if it’s too thick.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of the waffle maker. Add 1/3 of batter. Sprinkle top with more shredded cheese. Close waffle iron. Don’t press down. Remove when cheese is crisp. Repeat. Makes 3.
