This easy homemade blue cheese dressing will hit the spot! Plus, it's quick, easy, and delicious.

apple cider vinegar

crumbled blue cheese

heavy cream
or avocado oil mayo if you prefer

teaspoon
lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for about 20 to 30 seconds.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve!
Notes
I like a lot of vinegar that you may need to adjust to your taste and I just lightly pulse it in a magic bullet or blender.
