mashed into guacamole and spread over the chaffle
Instructions
Preheat mini waffle iron. We use the Dash mini waffle iron.
In a small bowl, whip the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Add 1/2 the mixture to the mini waffle maker and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until it's done and golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy.
