1tbsolive oil
1tbsfeta cheese crumbles
1tbsBleu cheese crumbles
Instructions
Defrost the salmon.
Shred the cabbage.
Place a layer of cabbage in the baking pan.
Add the salmon over the cabbage in the center of the pan.
Add the cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and vegetables.
Sprinkle the feta and Bleu cheese crumbles over the salmon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.
Sprinkle salt over the dish just before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
The feta crumbles come out a bit crunchy and the Bleu cheese is somewhat creamy making this the PERFECT low carb crust for this salmon!ONLY 5 net carbs!!
