Using a large pot with about 2 tablespoons salt and water over medium heat.
Add the thyme, oregano, rosemary, garlic, and cumin.
Add the chicken wings once the water has been brought to a boil.
Parboil the chicken wings for 7 to 8 minutes.
Remove the chicken wings and pat dry.
Remove as much of the moisture as possible to get the crispy chicken wings you want.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the garlic salt and baking powder. Toss the partially cooked and dried chicken wings in the baking powder mixture. Toss until they are fully coated.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Flip them and then cook for the remaining 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper. Toss the cooked wings in the parmesan mixture and serve warm.
