For the dressing, place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until a smooth sauce.
Chop strawberries in bite-size pieces and the onion in thin slices. To reduce the intensity of raw red onion, soak the slices in cool or warm water for 10 minutes before using.
Place all the ingredients in a serving bowl.
Drizzle the top with sunflower seed dressing.
Top with fresh cracked pepper and sprinkle of salt.
