Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Allow the batter to sit for about a minute to thicken and stir it again. Pour half the batter into a mini dash waffle maker and cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Coconut Flour Version Notes:This coconut version takes only about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to cook. Less time than the almond flour version. The batter is a bit thicker and requires a bit more water than the almond flour version because coconut absorbs liquid more than almonds. The cooked version does not have an eggy taste at all. This wonder bread is thicker than the almond flour version. It will hold up nicely used as a burger bun for a juicy burger! No coconut taste.Makes two mini wonder bread chaffles.
