large egg whites or 1 cup of egg whites

cream cheese

baking powder

sparkling mineral water

almond flour
Cinnamon French Toast

eggs

tbs
heavy whipping cream
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Cut 4 slices of bread.
In a small bowl combine the eggs and mix them until frothy.
Add the heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix it until it's well combined.
Set aside.
In a medium-size frying pan, add 1 tsp olive oil and set to medium heat.
Once the oil has heated in the frying pan, dip the first slice of bread into the egg mixture on both sides.
Place it in the frying pan and cook it for about 2 minutes on each side or until it's golden brown.
Repeat this process for each slice of bread.
Top this with your favorite sugar-free syrup!
