Monte Cristo Chaffle Crepes Recipe

Pinch
of cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small blender.
Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Pour 1 1/2 Tablespoons of batter in preheated dash griddle.
Cook 30 seconds.
Flip with tongs and cook a few more seconds.
Place 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of turkey on each crepe.
If desired, microwave for a few seconds to slightly melt the cheese.
Roll the crepes with the filling on the inside.
Serve the filled crepes sprinkled with Swerve Confectioners and drizzled with low carb raspberry jam.
