Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
Mix until fully combined and refrigerate.
Pipe into a piping bag with a large star top and pip into cute glass decorative serving cups.
Divide into 4 small servings.
Garnish with a mint leaf, fresh blueberries, and fresh lemon slice or lemon zest.
