Keto Gingerbread House Recipe
This is the cutest Keto Gingerbread house out of waffles and Keto Royal Icing!

butter

Mapleine extract

nutmeg

Lakanto Monkfruit

vanilla

cloves

cup
almond flour

tsp
xanthan gum

Instructions
Preheat the large waffle iron.
Melt 8 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe dish for about 30 seconds to a minute or until it's fully melted.
Add the remaining ingredients together and mix it up until it's fully combined.
Allow the batter to sit for about two minutes. This will allow the xanthan gum to thicken up a bit.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts if you are using a large 4 count waffle maker.
Bake the waffles for between 4 and 6 minutes. They should be slightly crispy on the outside and fully done in the middle
Remove them from the waffle maker and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Once the waffles have completely cooled, you will use 7 of the waffles to assemble to this gingerbread house.
