Instructions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
Brush the garlic herb mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts on the griddle and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve hot.
