Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Aged Gouda
Cheddar
Assorted Nuts
pistachios, almond, walnuts, etc.
Optional
Rosemary sprigs or basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook bacon until fully done.
Place pepperoni slices in the center of the board making a football shape. Stack the pepperonis on top of each other until you have a few layers.
Slice mozzarella cheese sticks to make the football threads and place on top of the pepperoni slices.
Layer veggies, fruits, meat, and cheese on the board as they fit around the pepperoni football.
Serve and share with everyone!
