Mix greek yogurt with cream cheese, liquid stevia, and vanilla extract. Then, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds or until completely melted. Add melted chocolate to the bowl with cream cheese. Stir until well combined.
Place two egg whites in a bowl. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks. Gently, fold egg whites in the mousse bowl until evenly incorporated. Be gentle, so the mousse ends up fluffy and soft.
Divide your mousse into four small ramekins or small glasses. Refrigerate the mousse for at least two hours.
