unsweetened coconut flakes

peanuts

cup
pine nuts

cup
pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

flax seeds

hazelnuts
1/4
cup
hemp hearts

cup
macadamia nuts

tablespoons
unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and vanilla in a pan.
Stir in cinnamon and monk fruit on low heat 3-5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients to skillet minus strawberries and stir/cook on low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add in strawberries.
Remove from pan and place on a wax paper pan and let the granola cool.

It is also yummy as a cereal with unsweetened almond milk.
** To toast coconut flakes, bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
