Preheat the Corndog Maker.
Melt the butter and let it cool a minute.
Whisk the eggs into the butter until creamy.
Add vanilla, extract, sweetener, salt and then blend well.
Add Almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
Blend until well incorporated.
Add ~2 tbs batter to each well and spread across evenly.
Close lid, lock and let cook 4 minutes.
Remove and cool on a rack.
