mozzarella cheese

Monkfruit confectioners

vanilla extract

banana extract

Instructions
Preheat the mini waffle maker
In a small bowl, whip the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients to the egg mixture and mix it until it's well incorporated.
Add half the batter to the waffle maker and cook it for a minimum of 4 minutes until it's golden brown.
Remove the finished chaffle and add the other half of the batter to cook the other chaffle.
Top with your optional ingredients and serve warm!
