In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken and mozzarella. Form into a ball.
Place a sheet of parchment paper down on a flat surface and place your "crust".
Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the crust and roll out into a round circle. It should be about 1/2" thick.
Place crust on parchment paper on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crust is brown and loses its moisture.
While the crust is cooking, make the ranch, by combining all the ingredients and whisking until incorporated and brown the bacon.
Reserve the extra ranch for dipping your chicken bacon ranch pizza into!
Remove the crust from the oven and place 2 tbsp of ranch on the center of the pizza dough. Using the back of a spoon, create a circle ensuring to leave about a 1/2-3/4" for the crust.
Place one cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the ranch and then with bacon.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
Broil for 1-2 minutes until the crust has browned and cheese is golden brown.
