Keto Salmon Patties Recipe
– 5 oz cans of salmon
ground up into crumbs
Pico de Gallo
basically its chopped onion, tomato, and a little jalapeño
Open the cans of salmon and drain the liquid.
Pulse the pork rinds in a food processor until they become small crumbs.
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients and mix it until it’s fully combined.
Separate the mixture into six equal parts and press the dough into small round patties.
Fry the keto salmon patties in coconut oil for a few minutes on each side (until golden brown).
Serve warm and enjoy!
