Preheat Oven to 350° In a food processor mix the flour and brown sugar. Next, add in cold butter and pulse until incorporated and mixture is a “small pea consistency”.
Place the crust in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
While the crust is cooking, make your filling.
Place eggs in a bowl and whisk together. Next, add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Once the crust has finished baking, immediately pour your filling over the top.
Carefully place back in the oven. Bake for 15-25 minutes until the mixture has set.
Allow to cool and dust the top with powdered sugar for a decadent and sweet treat!
