unsweetened dried cranberries

almond flour

peanut butter

unsweetened coconut
shredded

teaspoon
vanilla
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Chop walnuts and cranberries into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, set all the dry ingredients, except cranberries, and stir to integrate them.
Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Finally, fold in cranberries and stir again.
Roll that paste into 15 balls.
They’re ready to be eaten! Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
