Glaze Ingredients

monk fruit confectioners blend

water

teaspoon
vanilla
zest of an orange
Instructions
In a medium-size bowl combine all the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients such as the avocado oil, sour cream vanilla, orange, and lemon extracts.
Mix the wet ingredients until they have fully combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and then pour in the 1/2 cup of dried unsweetened cranberries and mix until the dough forms.
Coat a round 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and press the dough into the pan until it's even.
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or until it's golden brown on top and done based on the toothpick test in the center.
Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into this.
Drizzle a glaze over the top just before serving.
Glaze Instructions
Mix well and drizzle over the scones.
