Place pepperoni slices on the plate leaving a small amount of space between each slice.
I use the thin cut pepperoni slices because the thicker slices take longer to cook and don't come out as crunchy.
Microwave your pepperoni slices on high for 45 seconds to about 60 seconds until they are nice and crispy. Each microwave is different so you will need to keep an eye on them.
Notes
Important: Allow them to cool for a few minutes before you consume them. This will allow them to cool down enough for you to consume them but it will also be a bit crunchier after it cools some too.
