2tablespoonsSweet Baby Rays No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Start by soaking the wooden grilling skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before you use them. This will prevent them from catching fire when you use them on the grill.
Marinade the shrimp for at least 30 minutes before you start cooking.
Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry using a paper towel.
Place the prepped shrimp in a large zip lock bag with olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, and sriracha sauce. Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Start with a clean grill.
Wipe down your grill with oil and a paper towel to avoid sticking.
Preheat your grill over medium heat until it reaches a temperature of 350 degrees.
Cut the sausage ring into one-inch slices.
Place the marinated shrimp on the skewer and alternate with a slice of sausage next until you fill-up the skewer.
Add the prepped skewers to the preheated grill.
Baste the skewers with bbq sauce as they cook.
Grill the skewers over medium heat for only about 2 to 4 minutes or until the sausage is hot and the shrimp has an opaque white with pink tones in color.
Remove and serve immediately.
