Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.

Add chicken and 3/4 cup of water or chicken broth (if chicken breast is 2 inches thick or less), lay the cooking rack in the Instant Pot, and place chicken on the rack. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes and do a quick release.
