Add the cherry tomatoes and feta cheese to a medium baking dish with deep sides.
Drizzle the oil over the tomatoes and feta.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the garlic, tomatoes and feta is soft.
While the sauce is baking, remove the Healthy Noodles from the package and rinse completely using a pasta colander. Set aside to allow all the water to drip away from the noodles.
Remove the baked sauce it from the oven and use a fork to smash the tomatoes, feta and garlic.
Mix it completely until it makes a thick and creamy sauce. This only takes a few minutes.
Heat the precooked chicken tenders in the microwave just long enough so that they are fully warmed and ready to eat. (We buy the frozen precooked chicken tenders when we want to add them to quick meal ideas like this).
Add the cold Healthy Noodles and the warm chicken to the hot sauce you just removed from the oven.
Mix all the ingredients until the sauce has fully coated all of the noodles and chicken.
Top with chopped fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
For extra cheese, sprinkle on Parmesan cheese right before serving.
