Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the butter and monkfruit. Mix with a mixer on high speed until the butter and sugar come together.
Next, add the heavy cream and 2 eggs. Mix until they are fully combined.
In a separate medium-size bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until they are fully combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool.
In a small bowl add the monkfruit and cinnamon. Mixx well.
Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 20 seconds until it’s fully melted.
Brush each donut with the melted butter and dip it in the cinnamon mixture.
