Make the batch of Keto Marshmallow Creme Fluff.
Whisk the egg until creamy.
Add vanilla and Swerve Brown, mix well.
Mix in the shredded cheese and blend.
Then add Psyllium Husk Powder, baking powder and salt.
Mix until well incorporated, let the batter rest 3-4 minutes.
Prep/plug in your waffle maker to preheat.
Spread ½ batter on the waffle maker and cook 3-4 minutes.
Remove and set on a cooling rack.
Cook second half of batter same, then remove to cool.
Once cool, assemble the chaffles with the marshmallow fluff and chocolate:
Using 2 tbs marshmallow and ¼ bar of Lily’s Chocolate.
Eat as is, or toast for a melty and gooey Smore sandwich!
