This keto smores mug cake recipe is officially my family's FAVORITE quick after dinner dessert. It tastes just like it was roasted over the fire. It's a must try!
Add chocolate squares on top of the batter, then microwave 90 seconds.
In a separate bowl- add HWC, Swerve, vanilla syrup and liquid smoke (optional).
Whip these ingredients until thick, with stiff peaks.
Pop cake out of mug onto a plate, or leave it in the mug- your preference!
Add the whipped topping over top of the cake. Enjoy!
Notes
*I used Pyure Organic Stevia blend, but you could you any sweetener of choice. (ie: Erythritol, Pure Stevia, etc) *I used ChocoPerfection Dark Chocolate Squares. The whole bar is only 2 NC! You could use any dark or unsweetened chocolate, but account for the carbs (will vary). *The Honest Syrup, Vanilla tastes like MARSHMALLOW! *The liquid smoke is optional, but I used it to make the topping taste like a “toasted marshmallow” *This is ONE serving, but if you WANT to share, this could be split into two cakes!
