Instructions
Fried Egg Option
In a small skillet, add avocado oil and allow it to heat up at a medium temperature.
Once the oil has preheated, add one egg to the skillet. Add the salt and pepper on top.
Allow cooking until your desired fried egg consistency.
Remove from the skillet carefully and place on a plate. Repeat this process for the second egg.
Top with cheese and enjoy!
Omelette Option
In a small bowl, add eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix together well.
In a small skillet, add avocado oil and allow it to heat up at a medium temperature.
Once the skillet has preheated, pour the egg mixture and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Carefully slide a spatula under one side and flip the egg over.
Once the egg is flipped, add shredded cheese to one side of the egg.
Flip the side without cheese over to the other side covering the cheese.
Remove from the skillet and enjoy!
