Instructions
Brew your favorite cup of coffee (8-12 ounces).
Add coffee, MCT oil, butter, or ghee to a blender or a cup and use a milk frother to blend together well. If you only stir the ingredients together, they will not emulsify and separate. Think of it as similar to how oil and water don't mix.
Blend for 20-30 seconds or until it looks like a creamy latte.
