Make the homemade keto Ranch salad dressing first by combining the dried seasonings, Worchestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar with the Dukes mayo and sour cream in a small container. Mix well until fully combined. Feel free to add a small amount of water or more heavy cream to reach the consistency you prefer. Set in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
Prep all the vegetables ahead of time and set them aside.
Boil the low carb pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over the noodles so they don’t stick together. Allow the noodles too cool.
Combine all the ingredients and serve cold.

Tip: You can use a ranch seasoning packet but it’s not strict keto but it is easier and faster.
