Place 1 cup (leave 1/2 cup aside) mixed berries with Lakanto sugar free maple syrup or liquid Allulose sweetener and vanilla extract in a saucepan over the stove. Cook it for 10 minutes or until it thickens to a jam consistency. Mashed the bigger pieces that could remain after that.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add heavy cream. Whisk to combine.
Place the remaining berries in the popsicles molds. Then pour the berries with cream into the molds.
Freeze them for at least 4hours or until complete harden.
Keep them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
