Press bread down in the center leaving the edges in tacked because this is what will hold the egg mixture in. Make sure the slice of bread is inside the container you want to cook it in before you start because once you add the liquid you won’t be able to move it.
Place the precooked bacon bits and onions in the bread bowl.
Add the shredded cheese on top of the bacon.
Whip the eggs with heavy cream and pour the mixture into the bread bowl. (Depending on the size of your eggs this could take one or two eggs)
Top with another tablespoon of shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and fully melted on top.
