Mix butter and sugar with a mixer until fully combined.
Add the salt, egg, and vanilla extra and mix it again.
Add the flour and mix it until it turns into a soft dough.
Pipe the dough into a cookie spritzer tube and press cookies out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Allow them cool slightly before removing them from the cookie sheet because they will be soft.
