broken into medium size florets

ham
chopped

teaspoon

heavy cream

paprika
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

Gruyere cheese
shredded (you can substitute for swiss cheese)
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
shredded

tablespoons
fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the prepped cauliflower florets in a large pot of boiling water until soft which will take about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the water from the pot.
In a medium-size saucepan, plan the butter and saute the ham over medium heat.
Pour the heavy cream into the saucepan and stir.
Allow the heavy cream to come to a boil and reduce the heat to low and keep stirring until the sauce thickens a bit.
Add the paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Stir in the Gruyere and parmesan cheese until melted completely.
Pour half the sauce into a deep baking dish with 2-inch sides.
Add the boiled cauliflower.
Then top the cauliflower with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle a small amount of cheese over the top of the dish just before popping it in the oven.
Bake the dish at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
Serve warm and enjoy.
