corned beef
sliced from the deli or homemade from this Instant Pot Corned Beef Recipe
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Butter
1/2
cup
Swiss cheese
shredded
Drizzle with Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and angel hair coleslaw cabbage. (Or substitute for sauerkraut here if using)
Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the cabbage has become slightly translucent.
Shred the Corned beef deli meat and add it to the cabbage.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter.
Cook until everything has warmed and the butter is fully melted.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top of the cooked cabbage.
Once the cheese has fully melted it’s ready!
Serve and drizzle with thousand island dressing just before consuming.
Serve with a Keto Rye Bread Chaffle!
