Low-moisture Mozzarella Natural Cheese

Cream Cheese

Large Egg

Blanched Almond Flour
Topping Ingredients

cream cheese softened

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
parsley
1/2
cup
grated parmesan cheese
1
cup
grated white cheddar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Shred the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add almond flour and cream cheese to the same bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Add egg, mix until pasty dough.
With a spatula, or by hand- mix all until well incorporated.
Scoop out onto greased parchment paper.
Add another sheet of parchment over top, roll out to desired thickness.
Remove top parchment paper and shape into a heart.
Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
Take it out and flip it over.
While the fathead dough is baking, add remaining ingredients into a medium bowl.
Mix together with a hand mixer.
After the fathead dough has cooled, add the topping mixture evenly to the top of the fathead dough.
Bake another 16-18 minutes, depending on thickness.
Allow it to cool.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza into pieces.
