Mix all liquid ingredients with the Pyure Sweetener. (Eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, MCT oil, Clear Vanilla, and Red Food Coloring)
Then add the rest of the dry ingredients to the wet mixture above (Almond flour, Coconut Flour, pink salt, baking powder, Guar gum, baking soda, and the Dutch-Processed cocoa powder)
Line the cupcake baking pan with cupcake liners.
Scoop cupcake mixture into the liners until they are about 3/4 filled.
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
Poke a cupcake with a toothpick and if the toothpick comes out clean, the cupcake is done. If not, bake it for another 5 minutes until it’s ready.
Allow the cake to completely cool before you frost it.
Then make the frosting by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then using a mixer to blend it until smooth.
