In a medium bowl, add the egg whites. Use a hand mixer to mix them until they have doubled in size and are soft and frothy.
Add the cream cheese and continue using the hand mixer on high speed until it's fully mixed and smooth in texture.
Add the baking powder, sparkling mineral water, and almond flour. Use the hand mixer on medium speed until it's fully combined.
Pour the mixture in a greased 9 x 5 bread loaf pan.
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the center if fully cooked and it's golden brown on top. You can poke a toothpick in the center of the bread and if the toothpick comes out clean, it's done.
