Blueberry Compote Ingredients

blueberries
washed
Zest of 1/2 lemon

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

xanthan gum

Instructions
Blueberry Compote Instructions
Add everything except xanthan gum to small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Sprinkle with xanthan gum and stir well.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
