browned or roasted leftover chicken finely chopped

Kerrygold butter

medium onion
chopped

granulated garlic

teaspoon
dried thyme

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
dried parsley

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
Walker’s Wood Jerk Seasoning Hot and Spicy
jar type paste

cup
chicken broth
Chaffle Ingredients
1/2
cup
mozzarella cheese
1
tablespoon
butter
melted
1
egg
well beaten
2
tablespoon
almond flour
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
turmeric
A pinch of xanthan gum
A pinch of salt
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of onion powder
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook onion in the butter.
Add all spices and herbs. Saute until fragrant.
Add chicken.
Stir in chicken broth.
Cook on low for 10 minutes.
Raise temperature to medium-high and reduce liquid until none is left in the bottom of the pan.
