Place the Parmesan cheese on the griddle and allow it to bubble. About 3 minutes. Be sure to leave it long enough or else it won't turn crispy when it cools. Important step!
Sprinkle the melted cheese with about 1 teaspoon of Everything Bagel Seasoning. Leave the waffle iron open when it cooks!
Unplug the mini waffle maker and allow it to cool for a few minutes. This will allow the cheese to cool enough to bind together and get crispy.
After about 2 minutes of it cooling off, it will still be warm.
Use a mini spatula to peel the warm (but not hot cheese from the mini waffle iron.
Allow it to cool completely for crispy chips! These chips pack a powerful crunch which is something I tend to miss on Keto!
Note: The more cheese you use the thicker the chips will be. The less cheese you use the lighter and more crispy the chips will be! This technique works well for both textures! Just be sure to use less Everything Bagel seasonings if you use less cheese. You don't want the seasonings to be overpowering to the ratio of cheese you have.This makes 6 chips and they will fill you up!
