Instructions
Preheat the mini waffle maker.
In a medium-size bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until it's fully incorporated.
Pour half of the mixture in the mini waffle maker and cook it for a minimum of 4 to 5 minutes.
Notes
Optional Toppings: sour cream, ranch dressing, hot sauce, cilantro, green onion, feta cheese, or jalapeno!
