Mix everything together. Let rest for 5 mins. Add 1 T of water or HWC if it’s too thick.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of the waffle maker. Add 1/3 of batter. Sprinkle top with more shredded cheese. Close waffle iron. Don’t press down. Remove when cheese is crisp. Repeat. Makes 3.
