of feta cheese
crumbled

cherry tomatoes
halved

tbsp
butter

tbsp
of fresh parsley
chopped

teaspoon
of garlic powder
salt to taste and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, whisk together cracked eggs, parsley, and seasonings.
Over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Turn off heat and add in egg mixture and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are a golden color.
Top with feta cheese, and serve.
