Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole Recipe

hard boiled eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large pan over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Add in garlic, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add in shredded chicken and stir to combine.
To a well greased 9x13 baking pan, add in chicken mixture, and top with cauliflower and eggs.
Slice the remaining butter and place it over the cauliflower. Top casserole with an even layer of muenster cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and chicken has been heated through.
Garnish with sour cream and cilantro, if desired.
