sour cream

cup
mayo

tablespoon
sriracha
Instructions
Start by pounding the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick so they cook evenly.
Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and mayo with sriracha sauce.
Spread the sour cream and mayo mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
In a separate small bowl, combine the pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
Pour half the topping over each chicken breast and press the coating into the sour cream mayo sauce.
Bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
Slice the chicken breasts into slices and serve it over a big salad with a side of ranch dressing to complete this meal idea.
