Fried Pickle Chaffle Sticks

  • 1 egg large
  • 1/4 cup pork panko
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 6-8 thin pickle slices


  • Mix together.
  • Add a thin layer to waffle iron.
  • Blot excess juice from pickles.
  • Add pickle slices and then another thin layer of mix.
  • Cook 4 minutes.


Dipping Sauce: Ranch dressing mixed with Frank’s hot sauce
